Assistant Manager – Community Mental Health (Volunteer)

About the Role

Mind Axis CIC is seeking passionate volunteers to support our community mental health initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in delivering culturally sensitive mental health programs, engaging with diverse communities, and supporting innovative wellbeing interventions.

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting & Attending Sessions: Assist in session setup, participant engagement, resource management, and feedback collection.
  2. Community Outreach: Promote programs at events, create social media content, and reach underserved communities.
  3. LEAP Support: Co-lead and facilitate Lived Experience Advisory Panel meetings, integrating community insights.
  4. Design & Administrative Tasks: Create promotional materials, manage logistics, take minutes, and support participant screening.
Minimum Requirements
  • Currently studying or holding a Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to Hounslow (West London)
