With a focus on evidence-based interventions and thoughtful communication strategies, we’re looking for a Behavioural Insights and Nudge Expert to help shape how we design programmes, refine messaging, and encourage more inclusive attitudes among participants. This volunteer role involves implementing best practices and leading innovative thinking within Bridging Beyond.

In this role, you may be called upon to do the following:

• Assist in designing and refining behavioural interventions and messaging strategies.
• Lead initiatives to promote inclusive attitudes among diverse communities.
• Collaborate with the team to incorporate evidence-based practices into our programmes.
