As an Assistant Manager, you will be proactive in resolving issues, innovating store operations, and demonstrating loyalty and passion for your customers and team. Partnering with your manager, you will influence the store's success and have opportunities for growth within the company. This role supports the Store Manager in managing store operations, driving sales and KPIs, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Role Model: Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
2. Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, demonstrating exemplary behaviors for your team.
3. Sales and Standards: Assist in driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring policy compliance.
4. Communication: Communicate effectively on the floor and behind the scenes, building relationships across the business, customers, and community partners.
5. Marketing: Collaborate with the Store Manager to generate innovative marketing ideas.
6. Stock and Visual Merchandising: Manage stock and execute visual merchandising guidelines to meet store KPIs.
7. Training and Product Knowledge: Educate your team and advise customers as a product expert.
8. Team Environment: Promote teamwork, accountability, and an inclusive environment.
9. Store Operations: Support opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, and store presentation.
10. Customer Experience: Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
11. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including health and safety regulations.
