Job summary

Central Tyre is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the manager in running a busy commercial tyre fitting depot in York. You’ll lead by example, supervise a small team, and ensure high levels of customer service while driving sales.

From the Day to Day you’ll coach staff, deputise for the Manager when needed, and look for opportunities to grow turnover. A full UK driving licence and leadership experience are essential; we offer a competitive salary, uncapped monthly bonus, and

The Day to Day

You’ll be a customer service role model and help to coach your team—you’ll also deputise for the Manager when needed. From Assistant Manager, it’s only a small step up to Manager. We’re always on the lookout for leaders who can motivate others and use their commercial instincts to drive success.
