Job summary

Marston's in Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team, step up when the General Manager isn't around, and help deliver memorable experiences that keep guests returning. You’ll inspire and motivate staff, uphold high standards, and be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.

This role offers a chance to progress through the Aspire programme into a General Manager role, with a flexible and part-time hours option, a performance-related bonus, and benefits

As an Assistant Manager you'll:

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivateyour pub team on every shift
• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
