Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences across busy hospitality venues. You’ll step up when the General Manager isn’t around, driving front‑of‑house leadership and guest satisfaction while supporting financial and KPI goals.

You’ll have previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded pub environment, enjoy developing your team, and benefit from our Aspire progression program and flexible hours designed to fit family or

• Willingness to deputise for the General Manager and run operations.
