Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a pub team, delivering memorable guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will support the General Manager with KPI targets, coach staff on shifts, and step in when the GM is unavailable, with opportunities to progress through our Aspire programme toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a branded hospitality environment.
• Ability to motivate staff and deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the pub team on each shift.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and KPI targets.
• Step in for the GM when they are away and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and safety.
• Bring prior experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a similar environment.

As an Assistant Manager you'll:

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivateyour pub team on every shift
• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
