Job summary

Swan & Cygnet, part of Marston's, is recruiting for an Assistant/Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in a busy pub environment. You will lead the team on shifts, drive KPIs, and uphold guest satisfaction while acting in the GM's stead when required.

There is a clear progression path to a General Manager role with training and development through our Aspire programme, plus a range of employee benefits.

• Prior experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.
