Savers Health and Beauty is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Worcester store. You will help create a warm, welcoming environment, drive store performance, and develop your team’s skills. You will also engage with the local community to build valuable connections and strengthen the store’s presence.

The role offers full-time hours with flexible patterns, a strong bonus scheme, and a pathway for progression within a great high-street retailer.

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
