Savers is hiring an Assistant Manager at our new Middlesbrough store. You will lead daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service.

With 1+ year of retail management, you'll drive sales, manage schedules, and build partnerships with the local community. We offer a generous holiday policy, pay app, and wellbeing support.

Location: Hillstreet Middlesborough - New Store

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £31,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
