Job summary

Harri is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Pilot to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll mentor each team member, use your management experience to run shifts when the General Manager is off, and inspire the team to pride in food, drink, and service that WOWs guests and keeps them coming back.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Ability to train and inspire teams.
• Strong communication and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them coming back.
