Job summary

Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily shifts, motivate the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in our restaurants.

You will model our brand values, drive team performance and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of service. A clear path to growth and a competitive bonus scheme await the right candidate.
