Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy restaurant team. You will drive great service, guide colleagues, and uphold our PERi-PERi standards across guest experiences in-restaurant and on delivery channels.

The role offers structured training from day one, progression opportunities, and a focus on developing the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Lead and motivate the team across all channels and shifts.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day.

Salary up to: £33,000.00
