Job summary

Nando’s Group is hiring an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a restaurant team, drive service excellence, and uphold the brand values while managing daily operations on shift.

We value energetic leaders who can motivate staff, deliver PERi-PERi hospitality, and support internal progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with focus on delivering great guest experiences.
• Energetic, adaptable and capable of motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team during shifts and ensure high service standards.
• Oversee guest journey across channels and moments of truth.
