Job summary

NANDO’S LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Manager in the UK to lead and motivate our restaurant team, ensuring every shift delivers the Nando’s experience to our customers. You will drive team development, uphold brand values, and maintain high-energy operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires previous management experience, a customer-obsessed approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding service across all channels and locations.

Qualifications

• Management experience and bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.
• Customer obsessed and excited by the opportunity to deliver perfect PERi-PERi to customers.
• Able to live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values on shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team across shifts.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day.
• Drive development of the team and spot talent for future managers.
