Job summary

NANDO'S LIMITED is seeking an Assistant Manager in the UK to lead and motivate the restaurant team, uphold brand standards, and deliver a premium PERi-PERi experience on every shift. You will manage service quality, coach staff, and support operational excellence across all restaurant channels.

The role focuses on people and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and a strong emphasis on teamwork and energy to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed approach to delivering the PERi-PERi experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels.
