Job summary

Greene King is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our bustling pub team in the heart of the community. You will support the General Manager, lead by example, and ensure our customers have an exceptional time from entry to departure.

You will drive guest experiences, coach your team, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires strong English communication and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to motivate teams.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.
• A keen eye for detail and upholding high standards throughout service.
