Job summary

Bathampton Mill in Bath is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth service.

You will mentor team members, lead by example, and drive performance while fostering a welcoming, premium pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for premium food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and be the Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service to the highest standards.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and keep them returning.
