Job summary

Green House, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train on service excellence, and act as a trusted role model. Join us in a premium pub setting with a focus on quality food and drink.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU'LL ...

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
