Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and stand in for the Venue Manager when needed. You will ensure high service standards, manage staff, and drive business while upholding our policies and KPIs.
Expect flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnights. You will handle cash, perform key holder duties, and promote promotions, with ID checks (challenge 25) in a regulated gambling environment.
Shift pattern: You must be fully flexible to work a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnight as required, working five shifts per week.
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.
Our Assistant Managers are an essential part of our team. Supporting the manager in the day to day running of a venue you will also be acting venue manager in their absence (such as annual leave), and therefore may also be closely communicating with our area management team to ensure the venue is held to our high and professional standards. As always, we would need you to have excellent customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a year in a supervisory or management role also preferred!
