Harri's Waterfront Café, Bar & Bistro invites an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Benson riverside venue, ensuring excellent food, service and hospitality. You will lead busy shifts, coach the team, manage schedules, stock, and waste, handle customer queries, drive sales and take charge when the Store Manager is away.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, 28 days leave, a pension and ongoing development opportunities in a lively multi-service

Qualificações

• Experience in a hospitality supervisor/assistant management role.

Waterfront Café | Bar | Bistro is a busy riverside venue in Benson, offering café, bar, restaurant, pizza and events service. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team.

The Role

Working closely with the Management team, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of the business and ensure our customers receive excellent food, service and hospitality.

You will:

• Lead and support the team during busy shifts.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and food safety.
• Support schedule, labour control, stock, ordering and waste reduction.
