Waterfront Café | Bar | Bistro is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Benson to help lead day-to-day operations, ensuring customers receive excellent food and hospitality. You will work with the management team to supervise shifts, uphold standards of service, and drive profitability across café, restaurant, bar, pizza and events.

Waterfront Café | Bar | Bistro is a busy riverside venue in Benson, offering café, bar, restaurant, pizza and events service. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team.

The Role

Working closely with the Management team, you will help lead the day-to-day operation of the business and ensure our customers receive excellent food, service and hospitality.

You will:

• Lead and support the team during busy shifts.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and food safety.
• Support schedule, labour control, stock, ordering and waste reduction.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Deal confidently with customer queries and complaints.
• Help drive sales, upselling and overall profitability.
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the business when the Store Manager is not on site.
