Job summary

Specsavers in Shirley is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy optical store. You will drive service standards, help resolve challenges, and ensure a welcoming experience for every customer.

You’ll support store operations, mentor colleagues through coaching and training, and help progress your leadership career within a supportive team. This role offers full-time hours, excellent training, and opportunities to grow within Specsavers

Our store

Located in the popular Parkgate Shopping Centre in Shirley, the Specsavers store enjoys a busy and convenient location with a wide range of shops, cafés and local amenities nearby. The store is easily accessible by both car and public transport, with regular bus services operating along Stratford Road and Shirley Railway Station just a short distance away, offering connections to Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The store features two test rooms and provides both optical and audiology services, creating a professional and customer-focused environment where colleagues can develop their skills while helping customers with their eye and hearing care needs. As part of a supportive and fast-paced team, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent service and making a real difference to customers every day.
