The Hesketh Arms, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a front-line team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, maintain standards, and inspire a culture of hospitality where guests feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a hospitality environment.
