Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Keyholder within retail.
• A track record of driving sales and delivering against KPIs.
• The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

The Role
