Job summary

World Turned Upside Down is recruiting an Assistant Manager for the Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery operation. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, mentor staff and drive guest satisfaction with high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Ability to train and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Develop and coach your team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
