Job summary

The White Swan is looking for an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, act as Duty Manager when needed, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across all shifts.

You will train and motivate your team to maintain high standards of food, drink, and service, serving as a role model and developing staff to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
