Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Peterborough to lead a busy pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, drive KPI performance, and step in during absence while upholding brand standards.

The role offers progression through our Aspire programme to General Manager. You will inspire the team on every shift, ensure operational excellence, manage guest satisfaction, and contribute to local community engagement while enjoying flexible hours and

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub/brand team and driving guest experience.
• Minimum experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.

Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. With a passion for leading and motivating others, you'll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
