Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the Lancashire area. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front, and create memorable guest experiences across shifts.

You will drive KPI attainment, motivate the team, and ensure smooth operations when deputising for the GM, with opportunities for progression through our Aspire programme.
