Job summary

The Fox is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd. You’ll be at the heart of our management team, welcoming customers and leading our bar/waiting staff through busy services and events.

You’ll help train and develop the team, manage day-to-day operations, and decide what beers, gins and wines to have on tap. The role offers progression and a supportive, family-like culture with plenty of social nights out.

• Train and develop staff to deliver great guest experiences
• Run events and promotions to drive trade and guest engagement
• Decide beers on tap, gins and wines to offer on a shift
• Support management in daily operations and financial controls

About You...

As Assistant Manager you’ll be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. You’ll be welcoming and looking after customers, helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team, managing busy services and running special events. You’ll also be involved in deciding what beers to have on tap, which gins and wines we serve and what events to run.
