Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Nuneaton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.

The role requires practical hospitality management experience, strong communication, and a personal drive to motivate others. A permanent, full-time position with a competitive benefits package awaits.
