Job summary

EGO - Haslington is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and motivate staff, role model excellent service, and ensure smooth service across the venue. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy hospitality site in Crewe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Customer service focused with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily operations and act as Duty Manager when absent.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver food, drink, and service to high standards.
• Develop team members and guide performance.
• Lead team to create memorable guest experiences.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
