Job summary

St Andrews Brew House in Norwich is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and uphold our high standards of service in a busy, food‑focused pub. You will inspire staff, manage shifts and ensure a warm, welcoming guest experience from the moment they walk in.

You will train staff, drive guest satisfaction, manage shifts and contribute to the ongoing development of our team as we grow and celebrate great beer and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and customer service required.
• Pro-active team management and shift leadership.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub.
