Woolpack on Bermondsey Street, near London Bridge, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead our pub team with a focus on exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will drive daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver a warm, engaging guest experience in a busy, food-focused environment.

You will train colleagues, foster teamwork, and contribute to the pub’s ongoing success and your own career development within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Motivated and experienced Assistant Manager with a passion for customer service.
