Job summary

All Bar One New Street in Birmingham is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the venue and to mentor the team, ensuring guests enjoy a top-notch experience with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in management to support the General Manager and lead a team.
• Excellent communication skills to train and inspire staff.
• Focus on delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
• Lead by example to WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
