Wildwood Maidstone is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Maidstone, England. You’ll lead front-of-house operations, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction with an energetic, hands-on approach.

As a key part of the management team, you’ll mentor staff, manage service flow, and help deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

You’ll be joining a strong and supportive management team led by Germano, the General Manager, who has created a positive culture where people are encouraged to develop, work collaboratively, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
