Wildwood in Salisbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy front-of-house team and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will coordinate service across restaurant and bar, ensure standards, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on, energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Control labour, rotas, stock orders, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure health & safety, cash handling, and compliance are followed.
