Job summary

Wildwood in Northwich is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a vibrant front-of-house team. You’ll drive exceptional hospitality, manage service on the floor and behind the scenes, and work closely with the General Manager to maintain our standards of perfection.

You’ll oversee recruitment, training, and wellbeing, while ensuring stock control, supplier liaison, and compliance. This role offers a dynamic environment with strong support and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Personality-driven hospitality professional with strong leadership presence.
• Experience in both restaurant and bar operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
