Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring an Assistant Manager for The Goat pubs in London. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure superb guest experience with hands-on coaching and daily oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality guest service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure consistent service standards and operational efficiency.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not present.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
