Mitchells & Butler s plc in London Borough of Bromley is seeking an Assistant Manager at The White Horse to support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor a team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
