Hawk at Premium Country Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, and mentor colleagues to reach their potential.

You’ll drive service excellence, manage shifts, and role-model the standards that keep guests returning to our sites across the city and beyond.
