Salary

£31,000 per annum base pay + estimated service charge of £6,500–£11,500 per annum

Overview of Role

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in fostering a strong culture, maintaining company values, and delivering unmatched entertainment. This role involves running shifts to ensure team members exceed guest expectations, embracing standards and systems, welcoming change, and leading by example every shift. The Assistant Manager is pivotal in going the extra mile for guests and supporting each other as a team.
