Livelyhood Pub Group is a successful, independent London pub operator dedicated to creating meaningful connections through hospitality. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in daily operations, help shape guest experiences, drive sales, and motivate your team in a lively pub environment.

Who are You?

• An experienced pub or restaurant management professional with a passion for hospitality.
• Someone committed to delivering excellent guest experiences and team development.
• Proactive in supporting sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Experience with food service and outdoor spaces is advantageous.
• Previous management experience in a high-volume setting (£15k+ weekly turnover).

This role offers a partnership with the General Manager to grow the business, foster memorable experiences, and serve our Wanstead community.
