Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Harringay is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join the team. No two days are the same here, and you will ensure a warm, supportive environment while guiding store teams to achieve exceptional results and develop their skills.

Our ASMs connect with the local community and build important connections. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

• Do you have 1+ years of retail management experience?
• Have great delegation skills to get the job done?
• Do you know how to build a routine and seek out opportunities to maximise sales?

Job description

Location: Harringay

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £32,600 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
