Job summary

The Alice Lisle is a Fuller’s pub nestled in the New Forest countryside. We are expanding our management team and seek an Assistant Manager with a people-focused mindset to help drive standards and keep guests returning.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coach a diverse team, and work closely with the General Manager to deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. Fuller’s offers training and development, staff discounts, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is essential.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the pub and hotel areas.
