Contract Type: Permanent/FTC
Salary: £27,000 with on target earnings of £39,000 (the amount you'll potentially earn with your commission)

As an Assistant Store Manager in our Fosse Park Store, your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team will drive your store's performance. You'll be on the shop floor helping our customers find Sleep wellness with the right sleep products, while supporting the team as a role model for our consultants. This means that our sleepPRO technology won't be the only thing ensuring both customers and colleagues get the best night's sleep! We'll make sure you're fully trained for the job and for supporting your Store Manager, because we want you to succeed. Our customers are in when they're free to shop, which includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
