Job summary

Toby Carvery Maidstone is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead a team and ensure guests receive outstanding service. You will step in as Duty Manager when the GM is away and model best practice to develop your people.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Proven track record of leading by example and driving guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to act as Duty Manager in the General Manager's absence.
