Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Toby Carvery - Bishopstoke in Eastleigh. You will support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience with energy and passion.

You will train and develop staff, act as Duty Manager when the GM is away, and strive for service excellence while championing team growth. This role offers progression, generous discounts, pension, and holidays.
