Toby Carvery Maidstone is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a guest-focused team, and ensure consistent service.

You will mentor colleagues, drive performance, and help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning for our roast tradition.

Qualifications

• Must have proven management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
