Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team in Maidenhead. You will help run day-to-day operations, lead the team, and ensure customers have an exceptional experience from door to farewell.

You will model the brand standards, support with training, and promote safety for guests and staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering consistently high service levels.
